Why I think that I wanted my new grandchild to be born on a certain date

My daughter is due for her third child very soon. About two weeks ago when I was talking to her on the phone, I told her that it would be cool if she had the baby on June 20, 2020. She asked me why I picked that date and I told her that 6-20-20 would be a nice birth date. She told me that she probably wouldn't be having the baby earlier than her due date so that date probably wouldn't happen.

Today I thought about this date again and why I probably would have liked this date. I think that this date would have been easy for me to remember. Because I live with a memory impairment, I forget a lot of things. Once this baby arrives, I might have to come up with a trick to help me remember their birthdate. My granddaughters are twins and luckily, I can remember their birthday because it has double numbers in it similar to 6-20-20.

Update: My new granddaughter was born on June 29, 2020. In order to remember this date, I will try to remember that she was born in June on the last day in the twenties.
