(Chapter 6 Living with a Memory Impairment Chapter 26 MCI Tool Box in my book)

Last night when I was brushing my teeth before going to bed, I noticed that my bathroom mirror above the sink was dirty. I didn't want to clean it before bedtime but I was afraid that in the morning I would forget all about it. I looked under the bathroom sink and I found a bottle of window cleaner. I put the bottle on the vanity so that I would remember to do it in the morning.

Living with a memory impairment affects so much more than my memory. Sometimes it means that things are not so obvious for me. I think that for most people who see a dirty mirror, they would know and remember to clean it, but for me not so much! It can cause me to feel so frustrated!
