Before I was diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment, had I heard about it?

Before I was diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment fifteen years ago, I had never heard of it. I think that people who are diagnosed with MCI need to be open about their diagnosis and talk about it. We need to get mild cognitive impairment out of the closet!
