Being approved for social security disability

I think that I was very relieved when I was approved for social security disability. I knew that I couldn’t continue working. Before I had a very bad fall at my job in April 2014, I wasn’t functioning very well. I think that my cognition and the fog was so bad that I couldn’t even think clearly enough to reach out to my neurologist. In retrospect, that was something that I should have done months before this fall. The only reason that I know this is because I journal quite a lot about my symptoms.
