Nov. 16, 2017 (Chapter 25 Caregiver Tips in my book)

My advice to caregivers of anyone who has a memory impairment is to be very careful using humor with them. If they have any trouble understanding what is being said to them, they could get mad because they think that you said something hurtful to them. Once it happens, I think that it could be difficult to convince them that you didn't mean it in a bad way.
