Dating while living with a memory impairment

There are so many questions that you ask yourself when you start dating someone. When do I tell them about my memory impairment? I wonder how long I can hide my symptoms when we are together. If I tell them about my memory impairment, will they choose to stay in this relationship or will they walk away?
