How has the prescription medication that I take for my memory impairment helped with my cognition?

Unfortunately, it is difficult for me to explain but I think that things seem clearer to me. I don’t think that I am searching for my words as often as I used to. I also know that there is no medication that is going to take away this memory impairment. I accept that.
