I hate when I can’t understand what someone is saying

I’m on social media and I am one of three administrators for a mild cognitive impairment support group. I wasn’t sure about adding a new member who requested to join, so I messaged the other two administrators. One of them lost their Mom to dementia and the other administrator has mild cognitive impairment like me. The administrator who has MCI messaged me back on what we should do. She told me that we could message the person who wants to join the group, asking her for more information. I told her that I had no idea what to ask this person but if she knew what to say to them, then she could handle it. She said that she knew what to say and she would take care of it. Sometimes my lack of comprehension really drives me crazy! I’m not sure if I will ever get used to this!
