Nov. 17, 2015 (Chapter 6 Living with a Memory Impairment & Chapter 26 MCI Tool Box in my book)

Living with a memory impairment can make it challenging to find your vehicle in a parking lot. I used to go shopping and have no clue where I parked my vehicle. It became so frustrating for me even in the parking lots at both of my jobs. Then I decided to try to park in the same general location if there was an available space. It would vary from one day to the next how helpful this was, but I do think that overall, it helped. This has become easier since I had a very bad fall and I now have a handicapped plaque. Now it is so much easier for me to find my vehicle. I am so thankful for that.
