Life can change due to the memory impairment

Living with a memory impairment, sometimes the simplest things take so much more thought in order for me to accomplish them. I can't do as much as I used to do, without thinking about it. Now there seems to be a lot of planning involved. It is just an adjustment that I have had to make and accept. I really don’t have a choice!
