July 8, 2020 (Chapter 8 Confused & Chapter 18 Problem Solving and Making Decisions in my book)

Sometimes I find with mild cognitive impairment that decisions are so very difficult for me to make. It can be while I’m food shopping and I am wondering which ham I should buy. Sometimes there are just too many choices! It just makes it so confusing!

One of my hobbies is photography. Usually after I download the pictures from my camera to my laptop, I try to decide which photos to keep and which to delete. Some days I am unable to decide, so I just go back to it another day. I try not to let the frustration get the better of me.
