March 3, 2019 (Chapter 26 MCI Tool Box in my book)
My advice when you know that you are in the fog is to do whatever helps you to relax. If someone is with you and they recognize the fog or you are able to tell them, they could get something for you. My boyfriend would tell me that everything was going to be okay, that I was safe and that he was here for me. He would also get my music player so that I could relax until the fog was gone. Perhaps a glass of tea would help you to relax. For me it is listening to music. You need to find out what works for you. I think that when you are not in the fog, it would be a good time to figure out what will help you relax and stay calm until the fog lifts.
