May 15, 2020 (Chapter 11 Stress and Anxiety in my book)

A couple weeks ago, I was having a lot of added stress and trouble sleeping. It is related to an ex-boyfriend that I broke up with a little more than two years ago. He is still contacting me and his latest e-mail referenced that I recently moved. Now instead of harassment, I feel it may have crossed the line over to stalking! I went to my local police, then to the courthouse. I filled out papers to put in place a "no contact order". We also have a court date at the end of the month. When this was going on, one night I woke up, sat up in bed, let out a scream. Then I looked to my left and I saw a shadowy figure and they were whispering something in my ear. I thought that it was a nightmare and it terrified me!

The stress of him continuing to contact me has increased the mild cognitive impairment symptoms and I'm not happy about that.
