Nov. 15, 2020 (Chapter 19 Music Photos and Videos in my book)
On social media, I saw a post about music being good for your brain. The post also had a video. I relate to this in a number of ways. The first way is that I use music to help me reduce my stress. I think that I listen to music every day. I usually listen to 70’s music because that is what I listened to while I was growing up and I still love it! The second thing about the music that I listen to is that it reminds me of what I can still remember and not all that I forget. Because these songs are in my long-term memory, I can usually remember all of the words, titles and sometimes the artist. Sometimes I can even remember the year that the song was released.
Music has a way of taking me to a different place and time. I am one of those people who tap on their steering wheel while I’m driving. I truly love music! I have written down some notes from this video and I hope that I can remember to try this daily music challenge. I wonder if it matters what type of music that I listen to. I think that I will need to watch this video again.
