My memory impairment symptoms

I would say that right now my biggest problems are with my short-term memory and my lack of comprehension. I can get so frustrated because I constantly don't understand something. I feel that my major challenges are with my lack of comprehension. I'm not sure if I will ever get used to this.

I try not to worry about the "what ifs" but sometimes it just happens. It is during those moments when I worry about when my granddaughters are much older. Will I be able to explain a story to them? My answer to this is that will vary from one day to the next. That is because my memory impairment symptoms are very unpredictable.
