Oct. 18, 2020 (Chapter 6 Living with a Memory Impairment & Chapter 11 Stress and Anxiety & Chapter 26 MCI Tool Box in my book)
In 2005, I was given some very good advice by my first neurologist. He said that it was very important for me to try to reduce my stress any time that I could do so. He said that stress would most likely increase my mild cognitive impairment symptoms. Over 15 years I have known this to be very true for me. Too much stress would also bring on the fog. Since my diagnosis, I consider this the best advice that I have been given.
