The frustration of dealing with my lack of comprehension

I live with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and I often get obsessed with something needing to make sense to me! I have no idea why this happens. Perhaps I’m having problems with my comprehension while this is happening. It can be so frustrating because sometimes no matter what I do, I don’t understand.
