If you are having a rough day, just try your best to hang in there. I know that if I stress out about the fog, then things just seem to get much worse. I think the key to getting through these “bumps” is to do your best to stay calm. Try to do things that will help you to remain calm. You could try listening to music, take a walk or anything that will work for you. Tomorrow is a new day. You got this!
