What symptoms bother me the most?

March 27, 2016 (Chapter 5 Losing Things & Getting Lost & Chapter 16 The Many Problems with Words in my book)

Right now, the symptoms that bother me the most are losing things and word retrieval. Sometimes I can't even remember my primary care doctor’s name, just what letter his last name starts with. I also hate when I'm in the “fog.”
