Why am I still doing this?

Tonight, while I was on social media, I was getting so frustrated! This has been happening for quite a while and I’m not sure how I can stop doing it. I know that this problem is happening because of my memory problems. It is happening after I comment on a post. I am usually on my home screen when this happens. As I scroll down the page, I am making comments on various posts. What is happening is I am forgetting to hit “enter” on the keyboard of my computer. Then when I hit “notifications” and click on something that I want to see; I get a message. It says, “Leave page? You haven't finished your comment yet. Do you want to leave without finishing?” Then I have to click on one of these, “Stay on page” or “Leave page.” Sometimes I will click on, “Stay on page.” Then I scroll up and down the page to find the comment that I didn’t hit enter on and fix it. Sometimes I try to fix this or I just hit” Leave page.” I don’t think that this is happening on a daily basis but then again with my memory problems, I don’t really know for sure. It is happening so frequently that sometimes I get very aggravated! I always know that this is happening because I am not hitting enter, so I guess that is a good thing.

When I get the error message, I can’t believe that I did this again! Before the message, I have no idea that I hadn’t hit enter on any comments that I made. The problem is that I have no idea how to stop this from happening.
