Why do I prefer to shop during the week rather than on the weekend?

I realized something and I’m not sure how long this has been happening. I prefer to shop at a grocery or retail store during the week, rather than during the weekend. That is because the stores are usually a lot less crowded. Sometimes large crowds and all the noise associated with it can sometimes cause me to feel confused and stressed! It is just not worth it!
